Thank you for shopping at MythicDeck TCG Limited (“MythicDeck TCG”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through MythicDeck TCG.
Key Information
- Shipping Coverage: We currently ship within New Zealand, to Australia, and to the United States.
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Order Cutoff Time: 8:00 PM (GMT+12:00) New Zealand time (Auckland). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Tracking: Tracking details are emailed after dispatch (may take 24–48 hours to activate).
- Couriers Used: NZ Couriers, Post Haste, NZ Post, and FedEx (service depends on destination and size).

Delivery estimates are guides and may vary due to carrier delays and customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin updating after dispatch.
Damages, Missing Items & Lost Orders
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as practicable to initiate a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods and include photos where possible.
For sealed TCG products, please do not open sealed items if packaging or seals appear damaged, contact us first.
Lost Orders / Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, MythicDeck TCG will assist you with the courier investigation.

International Shipping (Customs, Duties & Taxes)
We ship international orders from New Zealand.
International orders (including Australia and the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is refused, not collected, or returned to sender due to unpaid duties/taxes, incorrect address details, or failure to complete import requirements, any return shipping/handling fees charged to us may be deducted from any refund (where applicable).
