Standard Shipping: $12 NZD for orders under $300 NZD.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $300 NZD qualify for free standard shipping.
Pickup: Our pickup orders are free from shipping rate.

Standard InternationaL Shipping: $30 NZD for all orders shipping to Australia.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within New Zealand. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Yes, you can pick up your order from our store. Select the "Pick-Up" option at checkout. We'll notify you via email when your order is ready. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a specific time, contact our customer service team, and we will be able to assist. If your order is damaged, please contact us ASAP at support@mythicdecktcg.co.nz. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before getting in touch.

Return Period: You can return items within 14 days from the delivery date.
Restocking Fee: No restocking fee.
Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers pay for return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
