Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options to make your checkout experience convenient and secure. Our payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which supports:

  • Afterpay (buy now, pay later)

Afterpay (Buy Now, Pay Later): Pay in 4 instalments over 6 weeks. No interest when you pay on time; late fees may apply. Available to customers 18+ in supported locations.

If you select Afterpay, your payment agreement is with Afterpay and is governed by Afterpay’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Eligibility criteria apply.

Currency & Tax

All prices are shown in NZD. New Zealand orders include GST where applicable. (Australian customers: any taxes/duties assessed by local authorities are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.)

Payment Security

Your security is our priority. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store full card details, and we do not share customer payment information with unrelated third parties.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorised, please contact us first so we can help resolve the issue quickly. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that do not comply with our terms.

Refunds on orders paid with Afterpay

Full refund: Remaining instalments are cancelled; amounts already paid are returned to your original card.

Partial refund: Afterpay adjusts upcoming instalments and/or returns any overpayment to your card.

Exchanges: If an exchange results in a lower price, the difference is processed as a partial refund via Afterpay.

Timing of funds appearing depends on your card issuer/bank and Afterpay’s processing.

Pricing, Errors & Availability

We aim for accurate pricing and stock information. If we discover an error after you place an order, we will contact you. We may cancel and refund the order or give you the option to proceed at the correct price.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, please try another method or contact your bank/provider. For BNPL (e.g., Afterpay), missed instalments may incur late fees per the provider’s terms (we cannot waive third-party fees).

Fraud Prevention

We may cancel, refuse, or refund any order that appears high-risk or fraudulent, and we may request additional verification (e.g., matching billing/shipping details).
